Tarangire, Manyara & Ngorongoro Crater Safari

On 3 days of your safari, you will visit Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Tarangire. Large herds of Elephants will surprise you in Tarangire being accompanied by the largest bird in the world Ostrich, impalas, giraffe and many bird species. Hippo, rhino, and buffalo are the among the many crater residents at Ngorongoro conservation area.

Day 1: Arusha – Lake Manyara National Park

Meet your professional Driver Guide in Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park. This impressive park features a massive but shallow soda lake and diverse landscapes, from dense forests to open plains. Spot tree-climbing lions, large herds of elephants, and over 400 bird species, including flamingos along the lake's shores.

Enjoy a picnic lunch in a picturesque spot within the park. Afterward, continue your game drive, seeking out the abundant wildlife and enjoying the lush scenery.

In the evening, transfer to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay at a lodge or tented camp.

Day 2: Ngorongoro Crater Exploration

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and explore its diverse habitats, home to the Big Five—lions, elephants, leopards, rhinos, and buffaloes. Spot various wildlife, including large elephant herds and black rhinos.

Enjoy a picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool, surrounded by scenic views and wildlife. After an incredible day of game viewing, ascend the crater walls and return to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park

Start your day with breakfast before heading to Tarangire National Park, known for its massive baobab trees and large elephant herds. Explore the park's diverse landscapes and spot wildlife, including elephants, lions, giraffes, and zebras. Tarangire is also a birdwatcher's paradise, with over 550 species recorded.

Take a break to enjoy lunch at a designated picnic site within the park. Continue your game drive in the afternoon before heading back to Arusha in the evening. Drop-off at your hotel or transfer to the airport for your onward journey.
